Reservations

It is possible to make a reservation via the website or by phone.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the validity of the credit card (required for booking) has been verified, or once payment of 100% of the agreed amount has been received (if bank transfer or paybylink is chosen as the method of payment, these methods are not valid for last-minute bookings).
The balance, if not paid prior to the arrival date by the above methods, will be settled on site at check-in.

The customer may be charged the total amount at any time after booking.

Cancellation/Payments

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time from 2:00 pm to 7:00pm. On request, after 7:00pm and until 11:30pm, there is an extra charge of €50.

Check-out time limit at 10:00am.

Tourist tax

In Massa Lubrense there is a tourist tax payable locally in cash. It is € 3.00 per person per night in the period from 1 April to 31 October, except for children under 18 and over 75, for a maximum of seven nights.

Children and Extra Beds

Children are welcome.

Children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds (cots available on request and subject to availability).

Penalty

In case of damage to property or objects in the accommodation, a minimum penalty of EUR 50 will be charged. In the event of greater damage, the amount to be compensated in proportion to the damage caused will be agreed with the management.
