From the large parking lot inside the rear garden, a short walk leads to the internal courtyard of this large and panoramic villa.
On the left a spacious pergola provides shade to an outdoor dining area while on the right there is access to a large internal room with tables and armchairs where a continental breakfast is served every morning. From the breakfast room a corridor leads to the kitchen and to the Capri, Ischia and Procida bedrooms: all have French windows overlooking the courtyard and a private bathroom.
An internal staircase leads from the corridor to the upper floor. Here, on the left there is a spacious and bright living room, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace while on the right a corridor gives access to the Positano and Amalfi rooms and to the Napoli suite.
From the internal courtyard you can access the garden where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and unique sunsets, comfortably lying on the sun loungers, or the pleasant and relaxing shade promised by the trees.
Our guests have access to the entire structure as described. They have free coffee machine and kettle with a rich choice of teas and herbal teas, as well as barbecues (for a fee).
Private parking and Wi-Fi are free; daily tidying and cleaning, complete change of linen every 3 days – additional or daily changes for a fee; continental breakfast is included. Pets are allowed, upon notice and paying a small supplement (for medium-large sized pets): they will be welcomed with bowls for water / food and special pillows.

In Massa Lubrense there is a tourist tax to be paid locally in cash. It is € 2.00 per person per night in the period from 1
April to October 31st, except for under 18s and over 75s, for a maximum of seven nights.
